Crew Transfer Vessel Partner - Ems Maritime Offshore

Founded in 2010, Ems Maritime Offshore (EMO) offers comprehensive maritime services for offshore wind farms in the North and Baltic Seas. In addition to the activities of a certified shipping company focused on the special requirements of offshore wind farms, EMO also provides the necessary port services in various service ports located close to the wind farm clusters.

With its fleet of purpose-built offshore service vessels EMO offers a comprehensive range of services in the areas of supply and support services. Management of these ships requires know-how, experience and flexibility. EMO’s responsible ship management ensures their services provide the reliability and quality customers need. Thanks to the experience in the area of crew transfer and chartering, EMO is always able to provide vessels that are suited precisely to the customers needs.

Marine Coordination Partner - Ems Maritime Offshore

Ems Maritime Offshore (EMO) coordinates the processes on offshore construction sites round the clock. From modern marine coordination centers, experienced nautical personnel continuously monitor every movement of vessels and personnel. EMO acts as the interface between construction supervision, ports, vessels, helicopters and authorities and all others involved in the project, ensuring smooth processes – from radio communication to vessel and person registration.

To enhance safety even further, we offer guideline-compliant maritime coordination and site surveillance using our own hardware in our maritime control room VENTUSmarine. We carry out site surveillance of several farms simultaneously, conforming to the highest quality and safety standards, and achieving cost benefits for our customers at the same time. For this purpose, we employ only personnel who are qualified as nautical watch officers who have a certificate of competency. In this way we offer the market not only fulfillment of all official requirements, but also set a professional standard which puts safety first without any additional charge.

Coordination, site surveillance and consulting, always of the highest standard: onshore and offshore, we are personally and fully committed to every project. We ensure that our nautical personnel undergo continuous further training and qualification – from Marine Coordination Assistant to Lead Marine Coordinator. Our personnel have extensive experience with the use of all standard vessel tracking management systems. Our maritime service portfolio is rounded off by inspections and audits carried out by our nautical experts.
